Bringing HIV care closer through a Hub and Spoke network
AHNi operates a tiered network of Hub and Spoke facilities across Adamawa, Borno, Taraba, and Yobe. Hub facilities provide comprehensive HIV, TB, and diagnostic services. Spoke facilities, strategically placed in LGAs, extend that reach into remote and rural communities, cutting travel burden and strengthening continuity of care.
Community-Based Screening & Testing
Integrated HIV, TB, and essential health screening services delivered directly within households and communities, reducing travel barriers and promoting early diagnosis and treatment.
Mobile & Integrated Health Services
Multidisciplinary outreach teams provide diagnostics, treatment, referrals, maternal and child health services, and follow-up care in remote villages, IDP camps, schools, and marketplaces.

Since October 2025, the ACE-1 project has strengthened the HIV treatment cascade by ensuring rapid linkage to care, expanding access to viral load testing, and sustaining high treatment effectiveness across supported states.
These outcomes reflect ACE-1's commitment to quality, client-centered HIV services that improve health outcomes, reduce transmission risk, and advance epidemic control.
